Event Details

Date & Time: Saturday, December 13, 2025 • 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Location: River Street Church of God ([map link])

  • Admission: Free & family-friendly

  • What’s New: Earlier start, shorter day, expanded booth count (we’re doubling the number of vendor spaces), and themed raffle baskets (instead of individual raffle items).

  • Music: Christmas favorites over the speakers (no live performances this year).

  • Food & Drinks: We’re working to bring back the donut truck, plus a coffee cart and a food truck.

  • Kid Zone: Craft tables and simple holiday activities—free with supervision by a parent/guardian.

Why It Matters

All proceeds the church raises from booth fees, raffle baskets, and the bake sale support kitchen enhancements for our weekly Community Supper. Your participation directly helps us serve our neighbors.

Vendors

We’re welcoming makers, artisans, and small businesses for our 2nd Annual Christmas Bazaar.

Key info for vendors:

  • Booth Fee: $50 (due after acceptance and when the vendor agreement is signed).

  • Spaces: Standard 8′ × 10′ booth (bring your own tables/displays).

  • Electricity: Limited; indicate need on your application.

  • Set-Up/Load-In: Details provided upon acceptance (morning load-in windows; please arrive on time).

  • Cancellation: No refunds for last-minute cancellations. This event is fully volunteer-run and last-minute changes create undue strain.

  • Raffle Baskets: Accepted vendors may donate an item valued at $25+ for our raffle baskets, all proceeds for these go towards the community supper. Please deliver donations to the church by Saturday, December 6 so we can bundle and package in time.

Tip: Space is limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; we’ll email acceptances with payment instructions. If we fill up, we’ll maintain a waitlist.

Volunteer With Us

Help us make the bazaar welcoming and smooth for everyone. We have roles for set-up, greeting, raffle table, Kid Zone support, clean-up, and more. Shifts are 1.5–2 hours, and we’re happy to sign volunteer forms for students.

Bake Sale (Fundraiser)

River Street Church will be hosting a Bake Sale during the christmas Bazaar to boost fundraising for the Community Supper. Home-baked or bakery-purchased items are welcome (cookies, bars, brownies, breads, cupcakes—festive and packaged items sell best). Please label any common allergens.

  • Drop-Off: Friday, Dec 12 (evening) or event morning by 9:00 AM

  • Packaging: Individual or small bundles preferred; we can add final labels/pricing.

  • All proceeds support kitchen upgrades.

Raffle Baskets

We’re curating themed baskets using donated items from accepted vendors and community members. Tickets will be sold during the event; winners drawn at the end of the day.

  • Vendor Donations: Optional for accepted vendors (value $25+).

  • Deadline: Deliver to the church by Dec 6 for bundling/packaging.

  • Community Donations: If you’d like to contribute items or services, email us at riverstreetchurchevents@gmail.com

🎄 Kids Zone & Crafts

Bring the little ones along! Our Kids Zone will be open throughout the bazaar with fun, hands-on activities to keep them entertained while you shop.

We’re planning an assortment of festive crafts and games, including things like:

  • Cookie decorating

  • Holiday scavenger hunt

  • Simple take-home crafts and coloring activities

The Kids Zone is free to enjoy with adult supervision. It’s a great way for families to spend time together while exploring the bazaar.
